Zoë’s commitment to creative, dynamic publishing has contributed to the production of inspiring, innovative and thought-provoking publications of all descriptions. She has an editorial background in illustrated books for a major international publishing firm, relishing all the organisation, task-juggling, and attention to detail such a position demands. Zoë works collaboratively with authors to develop raw manuscripts, including structural rewriting, proofreading and research where necessary, and collaborates with designers and typesetters to generate innovative, stunning design, photography and illustrations. She has experience editing, designing and writing a myriad of products, including exhibition catalogues, newsletters, website content, promotional materials and academic journals.
Zoë’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Science (majoring in Genetics), an Honours degree in English Literature (minoring in Psychology) and a Postgraduate Certificate in Writing, Editing and Publishing (including Science Communication). She has also completed vocational courses in desktop publishing and web design. Zoë is an avid baker and a keen gardener, with a love of history, heirloom embroidery, ballet and photography. She is passionate about the production of beautiful, creative and informative publications that inspire and stimulate readers of all ages.
